How to use a professional development plan?

  • Monitor – Visit the platform and check in with your progress
  • Ask for support – Reach out to colleagues and supervisors and share your need for support or recommendations. If you are part of a Peer Support Trio, discuss with your trio (you can find more information on the Peer Support Trios below).
  • Analyse – take time to understand which approaches to development have worked better than others. This will help with development plans.
  • Celebrate the process and repeat!
