A practical example of how you can practice varying the use of the most appropriate digital tools and technologies for collaboration processes is, for example, when working on a group project. 
Suppose you are working with some classmates on a research project. In the first phase of the project, you decide to use digital collaboration platforms such as Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive to share and edit documents and notes. This helps keep track of your work documentation and monitor the project's progress.
Next, there may be a phase where you need to have regular online meetings to discuss the project's progress. In this phase, it is important to select the most suitable digital tools and technologies for collaboration. Examples of these are video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet.
Finally, you may reach a phase where it is necessary to visualize and present data. In that case, you can use digital tools for data visualization such as Tableau or Power BI.
