The badge earner has reflected on their well-being, motivation and job satisfaction. During an experiential reflection, they considered several questions relevant to the trainer’s identity, life, and work:
- What brings joy to your trainer's life?
- Holistic is about connecting body, mind, feelings and environment: which part stays forgotten? Why so?
- Try to imagine and identify your ‘perfect’ work-life balance: what does it mean to you? What are your priorities here?
- Are you working for a living or living for working?
- How do you see yourself as a trainer in non-formal learning? What is important to you in this job?
- Do we grow out of our professional role? How do we know it’s time to move on?
Activity content and badge issuing criteria contribute to the European Training Strategy (ETS) competence model for trainers working internationally.
