Apie

Giving feedback is part of the facilitator's work and it plays an important role in facilitating reflection. We observe something, we experience other people in a certain way and reflect on the meaning of it to us. Certain behaviour is triggering us in one or another way. Giving feedback can be powerful educational process as others might find out more about themselves as a result of feedback received. Some tips:
  • When giving feedback, do it at the right time (receiver should be ready to get it)
  • Focus on the facts and factual behaviour rather than interpretations
  • Use supportive words
  • Base your feedback on good intention
Check out resources on giving and receiving feedback and think how do you profit from the feedback you receive?
