Now, we move from using tools to designing one for you. Imagine your ideal AI training assistant - or an ideal AI-driven set of visual, text, or video materials that would support your educational work.
How to do it?
The aim is to move from using AI tools to conceptualising your own AI solution - one that supports trainers’ needs and reflects ethical, inclusive, and educational values.
You will work to design an AI assistant or media product that enhances your training practice. You will define its purpose, goals, and main functions, and test early prototypes or ideas.
Steps to take:
Step 1. Familiarise yourself with the session concept and form of the Youth Work Training Product Development with AI.
Step 2. Choose your focus area:
- AI for Text / Translation / Data Analysis
- AI for Photo / Video / Visuals
- Agentic / Custom AI Assistant
Step 3. Fill up the form of Youth Work Training Product Development with AI : Define your creations Focus Area, generate workflow - tools you are going to use, Pilot Idea / Mini Project and identify Ethical & Quality Considerations purpose
Step 4. Test your idea! Conduct short showcase and feedback rounds, where other teams explore your concept.
Step 5. Debrief and reflect:
- What needs does your AI address?
- How does it support human trainers rather than replace them?
- What lessons can be shared with the wider youth work trainers' community?
